tom, a political science graduate of the university of namibia, is the founder of launch namibia. launch is a motivational platform amplifying the work of Namibian & African entrepreneurs. he is also an alumni of the mandela washington fellowship (2019) program. most recently, tom has served a critical role in the administration of the old mutual seed initiative.
